Congratulations to Charles Choi!
His painting Chair Series 11 won the Best in Show from Scugog Arts Annual Juried Show 2019. Jurist Kent Farndale said: “This painting made me want to walk right into the room and sit down on the red chair and observe the rest of the room.”
